The care

Thirty-two therapies. One protocol.

Delivered by, or under the direction of, our medical team — on a Colombian IPS medical facility licence.

Mountains of Hope holds a Colombian IPS medical facility licence. Everything listed below is delivered by, or under the direction of, our medical team, and the advanced therapies are available under medical prescription only.

Guests do not choose from this list. After pre-arrival sample analysis and on-site diagnostics, the medical team assembles a protocol from it — which is why two people staying the same fortnight can have very different weeks.

Advanced therapies

Available under medical prescription only, as part of a protocol built by our medical team.

Diagnostics and consultation

Physical and manual therapies

Hands, needles, heat and pressure. The oldest part of the medicine cabinet, and the most used.

Energy and frequency

Device-led sessions, usually scheduled around the heavier work rather than instead of it.

The water circuit

Hot, cold, and the space between. The circuit runs through most days here.

A note on the advanced therapies. NK cell therapy, stem cells and exosomes are available under medical prescription only, as part of a protocol built by our medical team. Nothing on this page is offered as a treatment for any disease, or as a promise of recovery from one.

Which of these you need is a medical question.

It gets answered after the diagnostics, not before. The consultation is where that starts.
