Stay the night

A room on the mountain, and nothing you have to do.

Twelve rooms above Rionegro, ten minutes from the airport. Three meals a day, grown and cooked here. The pool, the sauna, the steam room and the cold plunge, open to you the whole time you are here.

From $399 a night for one person, all meals included.

Coming on your own

Most places charge you more for arriving alone. We do not.

Every price on this page is the price for one person. There is no single supplement, because coming by yourself is one of the main reasons people come at all — an hour out of Medellín, a room, the biohacking room, three meals you did not have to think about, and nobody to talk to unless you want to.

If you bring someone, it is $100 a night more. That covers their meals.

Before you book

What a night does not include

Worth reading, because other places are vague about this and their guests arrive disappointed.

There is no daily schedule in the room rate. Yoga, breathwork, meditation, guided hikes and classes are not running every day as a matter of course, and they are not free. They are booked separately, upon availability.

Nothing clinical is included. Anything from the clinic needs a medical assessment with a physician first. That is what the licence requires and it is not a formality.

Ceremony is not a room add-on. Ancestral work needs a minimum two-night stay — a day to arrive, the day itself, and a day to integrate. Three is better. It cannot be booked as an extra on a single night.

What you can add

Everything below sits on top of the room.

Upon availability.

Movement and mind

Group yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, sound bath, guided hikes and private sessions.

Bodywork and coaching

Massage, reflexology and one-to-one coaching.

The clinic

A physician consult comes first, and it is credited in full against anything you book in the same stay. So it costs nothing if you go ahead.

Getting here

Ten minutes from the airport.

José María Córdova International Airport is ten minutes away. Medellín is about an hour.

Does not include airport transfer.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Are the meals really included?

Yes — three a day, every day you are here. Most of it is grown on the property.

Is it strange to come alone?

No. It is one of the most common reasons people book. The prices on this page are single-occupancy precisely because of it.

Can I come for the day instead?

Yes. A day pass is $150, Monday to Friday, and includes lunch and the same wet areas and grounds.

Do I have to do a programme?

No. You can book a room and do nothing at all. Some people come to sleep, eat well and sit by the pool, and that is a complete use of the place.

What if I want the clinic?

Book a consultation first. The physician will tell you what makes sense, and if the answer is nothing, they will say so.

Is this a medical stay?

Only if you want it to be. Mountains of Hope holds a Colombian IPS medical facility licence, which is what makes the clinical side possible. It does not make a night here a medical event.

Can we take the whole place?

Yes — twelve rooms, one group. That is priced separately.

Two nights, three meals a day, and twenty acres to be quiet in.

If the dates do not work or this is not what you were looking for, that is completely fine.
