For retreat leaders and facilitators

The whole mountain. One group at a time.

Bring your people to a licensed medical facility in the Andean hills — ten minutes from an international airport, and yours entirely for the length of your stay.

From $5,000 per night for the whole property · Three-night minimum

The problem

You did not become a retreat leader to chase a caterer.

Most venues sell you a room block and leave you to run everything else. You end up managing transfers, dietary lists, towels and timings — the work that has nothing to do with why anyone came. By day three you are the operations manager of your own retreat.

Here, the property is yours and the running of it is ours. You hold the room. We hold everything that keeps the room standing.

What taking the property means

Not a floor. Not a wing. The estate.

Twelve rooms. Sixteen beds. And with them:

  • Twenty acres — gardens, walking ground, the farm
  • The wet areas — saltwater pool, sauna, steam, cold plunge
  • The biohacking room
  • The clinical facilities, available to your group by arrangement
  • The kitchen, and food grown on the property
  • The ceremonial ground, including the temazcal

Nobody else is booked in while you are here. No other group in the next building, no day guests wandering through your closing circle.

  • Your reputation, which stays yours

You are not buying a partner in your work. You are buying the absence of everything that gets in the way of it.

Why here

Ten minutes from an international airport

José María Córdova International serves Medellín and connects across the Americas and Europe. Most retreat properties at this altitude and this quiet are three hours from a runway. Your people land and are here before the afternoon. Nobody arrives exhausted.

Aerial view of the lawns, putting green and pond

Why here

A licensed medical facility, not a venue with a massage room

Mountains of Hope holds a Colombian IPS medical facility licence. That is a different category of building from a hotel, and it is why things can happen here that cannot happen at a venue — diagnostics, supervised protocols, clinical oversight where a group wants it.

What this does not mean: we do not treat your participants as patients, we make no promise about anyone's health, and nothing clinical happens without an individual medical assessment first. The licence is a floor under the building, not a service in your programme.

The hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a white cylindrical unit in a quiet treatment room with a recliner alongside The timber-lined sauna with bench seating, a stone-filled heater and a window looking out over the grounds The steam room — a dark tiled chamber with a built-in bench and a low band of warm light along the floor A BioCharger unit with its glass tubes lit, beside a person resting on a treatment couch

Why here

Ancestral work held by people whose lineage it is

The temazcal here is run with Tambores Chasqui, a Colombian lineage of drum makers and medicine carriers. If ancestral work belongs in your retreat, it is held by people who carry it, not performed by staff.

Plant medicine work requires an intake beforehand and an integration day afterwards, and is quoted separately. It is never a line item you can simply add on.

Food

Grown here, cooked here.

Included for everyone staying. Dietary requirements are normal, not a problem — tell us early and we build around them.

A fish fillet with broccoli and a grain timbale topped with an edible flower Courgette rolls served in a small cast-iron skillet on a wooden board A ribbed glass bowl heaped with orange and magenta edible flowers, fresh from the garden Tomato soup in a stone bowl beside folded corn pancakes A skillet main with roasted vegetables and bread on a wooden board A tall glass of green juice on a saucer, with celery sticks and parsley laid beside it A creamy pasta dish on a white plate, finished with an edible flower A slice of chocolate cake with a fresh strawberry

Who this works for

Honest about fit

Because the wrong retreat here is bad for both of us.

This works if

  • You have run retreats before and know what your programme needs
  • Your group fits in twelve rooms — sixteen beds, more if people share
  • You want the property to yourself rather than the cheapest bed rate
  • You would rather pay for things to be handled than handle them

This is probably not for you if

  • Your group is larger than the property holds
  • You are testing whether you want to run retreats at all
  • You need the venue to fill your seats — we do not sell your places for you

If that last list is you, say so on the call and we will tell you straight. We would rather lose a booking than take one that disappoints everybody.

“The facilities are absolutely stunning, set in the beautiful hills outside Medellín … The property is a landscaped oasis full of fruits and vegetables, all harvested daily for your juices and meals. I walked for hours enjoying the spectacular views and still didn't see everything.”

“First-class facilities, cozy rooms, the infinity pool with mountain views, the cold plunge, jacuzzi and sauna — among my favorites.”

What it costs

From $5,000 per night for the whole property. Three-night minimum.

That is the floor, and it is the whole estate rather than a per-head rate.

What is on top: catering is quoted on your numbers and your menu. Transfers are quoted on your group size. Anything clinical is quoted after assessment. Ancestral work is quoted separately.

What we will not do: publish a price we cannot hold, or quote you a number before we understand what you are running. The conversation is short and it is not a sales call.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How many people can you take?

Twelve rooms and sixteen beds — five rooms with a queen, two with a king, four with two queens, and a suite that sleeps two. Tell us your numbers and we will tell you honestly whether they fit.

What is the minimum stay?

Three nights for the whole property.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Whole-property hires take enquiries for any date — there is no booking window. November 2026 is substantially committed already; December has meaningful availability.

Is there a doctor on site?

A doctor can be arranged on request, subject to availability. We do not keep a physician on the property as standard and we will not tell you otherwise. Tell us what your programme needs and we will tell you honestly what we can staff for your dates.

Can we use the clinical facilities?

By arrangement, and only after individual medical assessment. It is not included in the rate and it is not something your programme can promise on our behalf.

What about food?

Grown here, cooked here, and included for everyone staying. Dietary requirements are normal, not a problem — tell us early and we build around them.

Can we run ceremony?

Ancestral work is held with partnered carriers and requires screening. It needs at least two nights — a day to arrive, the day itself, and a day to integrate. Your three-night minimum covers this comfortably.

Do you help us fill the retreat?

No. We run the property; you bring your people. If you need marketing support, we are the wrong venue and we would rather say so now.

Tell us what you are planning.

Not a sales call. A conversation about whether what you run and what we have are a fit, and a straight answer either way.
