Everything we know, given away free.

A private space for anybody working on their health — whether or not you ever come to Colombia. It is free, and it is going to stay that way.

What is inside

Three things, and none of them cost anything

The doctors, weekly

An open session with our medical team where you can ask what you actually want to ask. General questions, answered in public, by the same people who work with guests on the mountain.

The at-home programme

The books, the protocols and the practices we would give you if you were here — written down, free to download, and yours to work through at your own pace in your own kitchen.

The people

Everyone who has ever stayed here keeps their place permanently. Most places end the relationship at checkout. This one is explicitly designed not to.

Opening soon

We are building it properly rather than quickly

The space opens shortly. If you would like to be let in the day it does, tell us and we will write to you once — when it is ready. Nothing else, and nothing from anybody else.

Or write to welcome@mountainsofhope.com — a person reads it.

While you wait

You do not have to wait for us to start

If you would rather talk to somebody now, that is always open. A consultation is a conversation about your situation — no pressure, and no obligation to come to Colombia. Some of those calls end with us saying no.

Please read. The community is an educational and peer-support space. It is not a medical service, nothing in it is a diagnosis or medical advice, and no doctor–patient relationship is created by taking part. Mountains of Hope does not offer any therapy as treatment for, or a means of reversing or preventing, any disease, and we publish no outcome figures. Please do not post personal health records or test results in a shared space, and keep your own physician informed of anything you decide to change.
