Who it is for

A week is not a lot of time. Here is what we do with it.

Most people who come for a week are tired in a way that sleep has stopped fixing, and want to know why.

The honest description of this week is that it is a full diagnostic workup wrapped in a week of good living. You leave with your bloodwork, your brain map, your body composition and a written picture of where you actually are — plus a week of therapies chosen for what those results showed, food grown fifty metres from the kitchen, and no phone signal unless you want one.

People come with low energy and persistent fatigue, digestive complaints, stress they cannot put down, poor sleep, or nothing more specific than a sense that something has shifted and nobody has looked properly. A week will not resolve a serious illness. If that is your situation, the programme you want is Restore, and it starts at two weeks.

The shape of the week

It starts weeks before you land

Before you fly

You send stool, blood and the wider sample panel. Our medical team analyses them and builds a baseline, so we know something real about your biology before you arrive. Most places begin when you walk through the door.

Day one · arrival and assessment

We collect you from the airport, ten minutes away. Settle in, eat, sleep. The first consultations happen the same day if you are up to it, the next morning if you are not.

Days one to two · diagnostics

Body composition, Bio-Well and EpixLife assessments, and brain mapping. Consultations with the medical team and functional medicine. This is where the picture gets specific.

Days two to six · your protocol

Daily therapies chosen for your results, not from a package. Typically drawn from IV and infusion therapy, ozone, the hyperbaric chamber, colema, acupuncture, reflexology and therapeutic massage, alongside the water circuit, movement, yoga and breathwork.

Throughout · the food

Three organic meals a day, plus juices, built around a nutritional plan written for you after your samples come back. Most of it is grown on the terraces above the house.

Day seven · what you leave with

A written summary of your results, a plan you can actually follow at home, and permanent access to the private guests-only space in our community — the doctors, the programmes, and the people you met here.

Before you get on a plane, we'll already have your bloodwork and your stool analysis, and our doctors will have studied them. Then we build your protocol — yours, not a package.

The questions people actually ask

What does it cost?

$6,000 for the week, per person, in US dollars. That covers the suite, transfers, all meals, the full diagnostic workup, the consultations and your daily protocol. Flights, insurance and any prescribed advanced therapy are not included. The full breakdown is on the prices page.

Is a week enough?

For a diagnostic picture and a reset, yes. For anything deeper, no — and we will tell you so on the consultation rather than after you have paid. Two to three weeks is what we recommend for most people, and you can extend once you are here.

Is this a treatment for cancer?

No. This is not a substitute for medical treatment, and we would not ask you to treat it as one. What we can do is work alongside the care you are already receiving, with your own physician informed. See the note at the foot of this page.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No. The team works in English and Spanish, and you have a guest advocate throughout.

How do I get there?

Fly into José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), which most of the Americas and much of Europe connects to. We collect you. It is ten minutes.

Please read. Mountains of Hope is a licensed IPS medical facility. It does not offer this programme, or any therapy within it, as a treatment for, or a means of curing, reversing or preventing, any disease or condition. This is not a substitute for medical treatment. We publish no outcome figures or recovery percentages, and individual responses vary. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Keep your own physician informed, and do not change or stop any prescribed treatment in order to come here.
