This document has been created to provide you with more context and information on how to prepare and what to expect on the upcoming ‘Influencer Retreat’ you are about to attend.

Our true purpose is to give you an unforgettable experience where you discover all sorts of ways to nourish yourself surrounded by nature and a love like-minded community, in the stunning Mountains of Hope and the activities carefully planned to revive your physical, mental and emotional well-being. 

We will be together in this natural sanctuary isolated from the demands and information of the world surrounding us.

Safety First

To ensure your arrival is as seamless and comfortable as possible, we will pick you up from the airport ourselves. A member of our experienced and friendly team will be there to greet you with a warm welcome, making your transition into the retreat a smooth and stress-free experience.

Your safety and well-being are of paramount importance to us. We take full responsibility for ensuring you have a secure and comfortable journey from the airport to our retreat center. With our transportation service, you can travel directly from the airport to our villa. There’s no need to navigate transportation logistics or worry about finding your way. You can relax and begin your wellness journey from the moment you step off the plane.

Three days prior to your arrival, we will be sending you the information of the person and ride that will be picking you up at the airport with information about your advocate. (see below)

To assist you during your travels and interactions with customs and travel authorities, we have some essential information that may be helpful to provide.


Travel Confirmation:

Please carry a copy of your email retreat confirmation. This can serve as evidence of your purpose for travelling.

Having a printed or digital copy of your travel itinerary, including your flight details and retreat email confirmation, can be useful if customs authorities have any questions about your trip.

Wellness Retreat Purpose: In some cases, it might be helpful to explain that you are traveling for a wellness retreat focused on holistic health, relaxation, and self-improvement.

Familiarize yourself with customs regulations in both your home country and your destination country. This can help you ensure a smooth transition through customs.

Don’t forget your passport, visa (if required), and any other travel documents necessary for your journey. Ensure these documents are up to date.

When you arrive at the destination airport, follow the standard customs and immigration procedures. Be prepared to answer any questions from customs officials.

For your stay


To ensure you have a comfortable and fulfilling stay, we have put together a list of essential packing recommendations. These items will enhance your retreat experience and support your well-being during your time with us.

The average temperature is high of 69°F (21°C) to a low of 58°F (14°C).

Please organize yourself to bring:

– Light and comfortable clothes and shoes for walking

– Hat for the sun.

– Raincoats are also recommended.

– Repellent

– Sunscreen

– A Sun Hat

– A special celebration outfit that does not limit your movements

– Pilates type socks to wear inside the spaces if your feet feel cold or are not used to being barefoot

– Pen/pencil for notes

– Comfortable shoes and slippers

– A warm jacket if the temperature drops.

– Avoid heels and clothes that limit your movement in any way

– A light-to-medium fleece-type pullover or jacket

– Sunglasses

– A bathing suit you feel comfortable.

– We recommend casual clothing that allows you to be comfortable in the evenings, including flip flops or sandals after hikes.

– To ensure your peace of mind during your stay, we kindly advise you to leave valuable items, including jewelery and high-value belongings, at home. 

While we take every precaution to maintain the safety and security of our retreat, there is always a level of risk associated with any form of travel. By choosing not to bring valuable items with you, you can enjoy a more carefree and immersive wellness experience without the concern of loss or theft.

1. Coffee Abstinence (2 Weeks Prior):

We kindly request that you abstain from drinking coffee or any caffeine-containing beverages for at least two weeks leading up to the retreat. This will allow your body to adjust to the retreat environment and the practices we will explore.

2. Sugar-Free Diet (1 Week Prior):
To facilitate a deeper connection with your inner self, we encourage you to follow a sugar-free diet for one week before the retreat. Reducing your sugar intake can help harmonize your energy levels and promote an enhanced sense of well-being.

3. Avoid Processed Foods (1 Week Prior):
We recommend avoiding processed foods for at least one week prior to your arrival. Opting for whole, natural foods will prepare your body for the transformative experience and support a healthier transition.

4. Dairy Abstinence (2 Weeks Prior, Goat Dairy Optional):
Ideally, we advise participants to abstain from dairy products for two weeks before the retreat. However, if this is not possible, consider consuming only goat-derived dairy as a more easily digestible alternative.

5. Additional Sugar Abstinence (1 Week Prior):
In addition to the initial sugar-free diet, please continue to avoid sugar-containing foods in the week leading up to the retreat. This will help maintain a balanced state of mind and body during your stay.

6. Cigarette and Alcohol Abstinence:
We request that you abstain from smoking cigarettes for at least one week prior to the retreat and from consuming alcoholic beverages for at least two weeks before your arrival. This will enable your body to detoxify and prepare for the retreat’s holistic experience.
